The Mediterranean region is considered an incubator for the idea of North / South and East / West, and seeks to become a unique space for joint crystallization of useful answers for the whole world within the framework of the ongoing action to combat climate change.
This change, which only a few of the public doubts, is due to the important conclusions that confirm this and which most environmental experts and academic researchers have come up with.
Who among us doubts today that man is standing alone in facing natural disasters such as global warming, air and water pollution, depletion of fresh water sources, drought, climatic changes and the spread of a list of diseases of unknown cause, in addition to cancers and allergies at the global level in general and the Mediterranean world in particular, as it is a region Climate balances suffer from fragile, and therefore all political, economic, social, researchers and academic actors must be mobilized to combat the change of these changes.
Transformations are underway and could have severe consequences in the short term, especially as demographic growth is accelerating and weighing on the natural environment.
Hence the urgent need to act quickly.
There is no doubt that the 22 countries of the Mediterranean are aware of the fragility of the climatic balances necessary to maintain good living conditions and human development.
combating climate disruption is a top priority.
It is, of course, a significant reduction in carbon emissions.
