Abstract EN

The study aimed to clarify the impact of the training strategy on the employees’ performance at the local government institutions, Southern Kordofan State.

The study importance appears from its contribution to establishing the principles, guidelines and suggestions that relate to the application of the training strategy at the Sudanese local government institutions in general and in Southern Kordofan State in particular.

According to the study nature, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted to analyze and verify the hypotheses and to propose the required solutions so that the training opportunities would be benefited perfectly.

The study findings showed the following: the percentage of the employees’ training at the local government institutions was low due to that the State’s administrators and officers ignored including the training priorities within the other projects and programs.

There was a training strategy at the local government institutions but there was shortage in its execution.
