أثر السلوك الإبداعي على إدارة الموارد البشرية : دراسة بنك فيصل الإسلامي-السودان (2011-2021 م)‎

Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the impact of creative behavior dimensions (flexibility, originality) on the human resources management dimensions (selection and appointment, workforce planning, and training).

The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach and case study.

The study used facilitated probability sampling method; a questionnaire used as a main tool to collection data.

(200) questionnaires were distributed and (178) valid for analysis were retrieved.

An exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, means and standard deviations, Pearson correlation analysis, structural equation modeling and path and regression analysis are used to analysis data.

The study came out that there is positive and significant relationship between Creative behavior originality and dimensions of HRM, and there is positive and non-significant relationship between Creative behavior originality and dimensions of HRM.

The study recommended applying the study in new work environment with different dimensions of HRM.
