Abstract EN

The research seeks to present a comparative study between the Chinese reference framework for teaching Arabic and the Indonesian reference framework for teaching Arabic by presenting a historical study on Arabic language education in China and Indonesia and presenting the specifications approved in each of the two frameworks, indicating what skills and competencies exist with a presentation of the approved levels in Each framework and the comparison between them in this regard.

This study is useful in knowing the goals that each framework seeks to achieve and what content each educational framework is interested in including in it.

We also know through it what outputs are expected to be reached.

This study contributes to shedding light on the two experiences in terms of different visions as well as from Where it meets, the study is expected to benefit those interested in teaching the Arabic language in these two countries, as well as curriculum developers and those interested in reference frames for teaching languages, including those seeking to design a special frame of reference for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.

In his research, the researcher adopted the comparative descriptive analytical method to reach the request.

One specific results of the study are emphasized upon the serve need of an existing of a unified Arabic frame reference.

The Chinese frame reference has shown remarkable interest about Arabian Art and literature, so it offers huge space, besides it appears more significant towards the standards for it identified in each level the linguistic and skills aims moreover we realize the variation in the classification process for each level and the required competence too.

The study recommended the importance of adopting a unified Arabic frame reference, excreting more efforts in order to identify learners and educational institutes aim and purposes relevant to teaching and learning Arabic language.
