Abstract EN

The research paper dealt with guarantees of the human right to security and life.

The importance of the paper stems from the importance of human security itself and the extent of the need for it in various areas of life, and it is the basis for human development, i.e.

state security and economic growth, respectively.

Which calls for the necessity of its availability.

The research paper aimed at a comprehensive clarification of the legal guarantees of the right to security and life in the texts of Sudanese law.

Accordingly, we have seen that the constitutional protection of the human right to security and life is supported by sufficient legal guarantees that include all the principles established for this in the jurisprudence and philosophy of positive law and international covenants, and on the face of it.

In particular, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Political and Civil Rights, and divine laws.

The problem with the paper is that a wide range of issues (i.e.

civil rights, cultural identity, access to education and health care) are fundamental to human dignity.

The problem is the lack of references that researchers rely on in this field and this topic in particular.

The research paper followed the descriptive analytical approach.

The paper reached several conclusions, including that the principle of non-violation of the rights and freedoms of individuals and the principle of obligating states to respect these rights are among the principles on which the curriculum of heavenly laws, laws, declarations, and international and national constitutions for modern human rights are compatible and congruent.

The research paper recommended recommendations, including the removal of everything that contradicts democracy and the law, and standing against all forms of discrimination, persecution, and heinous exploitation of human rights and rights, by relying on the priority of collective human rights in international activities.
