Abstract EN
The current research aimed to design a training program to develop personal charisma skills in the light of the competencies of the 21st century for the student teacher at Kindergarten faculty, and the program was applied to female students (the research sample) in the fourth year of the Faculty of Kindergarten at Port Said University for the academic year 2018/2019, and the research sample consisted of 77 students, Dealing with them as one experimental group, using the experimental approach to statistically the results in the pre, post applications, and post, follow applications, and the tools used in the research were to identify personal charisma skills in the light of the competencies of the twenty-first century (researcher/ preparation), and The proposed training program for research consists of 24 sessions at the rate of 2 training sessions per week.
The results of the research found that: there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of personal charisma skills questionnaire in the light of the competencies of the twenty-first century (theoretical cognitive competencies - practical technical competencies - social personal competencies) in favor of post application, where the (T) value = 78.1388.
, there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of the experimental group in the post and follow applications of personal charisma skills questionnaire in the light of the competencies of the twenty-first century (theoretical cognitive competencies - practical technical competencies - social personal competencies), where the (T) value = 0.2885, With proof of the effectiveness of the proposed training sessions in achieving the objective of the research
