Abstract EN

The study aimed to get acquainted with the news of Sundays and to clarify its position in the Sunnah of the Prophet, and to identify the sayings of scholars and modernists mentioned in the acceptance of the news of the ones and to stand on the semi-response of the news of the ones and to explain their reasons and how to respond to them.

The importance of this study is clear in that it examines the Sunnah of the Prophet, which is the second source of Islamic legislation after the Holy Qur’an, whether it is verbal, actual or declarative.

The Sunnah is an uninterrupted revelation.

Attached to these sections is the ijtihad of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, according to the opinion of most scholars.

It becomes clear to us that excluding the Sunnah from the legislation and denying it - a second source after the Qur’an is the rejection of the revelations of God, which are recited and not recited.

As the study follows the descriptive method.

Among the findings of the study is the division of hadith into mutawatir and singles, a division that occurred after the first century, that is, after the era of the Companions.

This differentiation arose when the sects appeared - especially the Mu’tazilites - who put the mind ahead of the Qur’an and the Sunnah in knowing things and making inferences.

And they opened the door wide to the enemies of Islam from the Orient lists and their surprised students from our people and the people of our language, who seized these ideas and built on them their suspicions to challenge the Sunnah and its narrators.
