Abstract EN

This study deals with the verse of the fundamentals of forbidden, and it aimed to introduce the verse of the fundamentals of the forbidden, which is the verse (33) of Surat Al-A’raf, and the fundamentals of the forbidden it contained.

It also aimed to explain the directives deduced from them, and how to apply them in reality and people’s livelihood, and what highlights the importance of the study is its attachment to the fundamentals of the forbidden, which the tribulation worked with, with the fact that Sharia strict that it must be avoided.

The researcher followed the analytical and deductive methodology by analyzing the vocabulary of the verse and its expressions and deduces directives, rulings and judgment from them.

The most important results of the study is that the fundamentals of forbidden mentioned in the verse deal with beliefs, laws, morals, and behavior, and that the word immorality in the Qur’an is general and includes words and actions, apparent and hidden, and obscenity of everything according to it, and the greatest of it is to say against Allah without knowledge, because of the harm that it entails and the transgression against the Creator and the creature.
