The importance of the research is clear in that the study of the subject helped to develop some solutions to the problems that arise due to the lack of care for the rights of neighbors The research sought to answer the following question: What is the effect of taking care of rights in maintaining good neighborliness? The aim of the research is to clarify the care of caring for rights in Islam and to reveal the legitimacy of caring for the rights of the neighbor and to identify the effects of caring for the rights of the neighbor The researcher relied on the descriptive and inductive method in collecting the various sayings on the subject, then the analytical method One of the most important results of the research is that the rights of the neighbor in Islam are due to four principles, which are to refrain from harming him, protect him, be kind to him, and meet his harshness (roughness) with forbearance and forgiveness, and among the etiquette of the ten good neighbors, and that your neighbor is safe in his causes in himself, his religion, his money and his children, and you do not harm him with your tongue either, and do not envy him in anything.

I pity him and his family and his son as your pity for yourself and your family and protect his money as you protect your money and among the reasons for the deterioration of the conditions of some neighbors with each other is the weakness of religious faith, the rejection of religious teachings, the abandonment of the Sunnah of the Prophet, the destruction of the habits of the righteous from the ancestors of the nation, ignorance of the rights of neighbors and racing in the field of material things.

One of the consequences of taking care of the rights of the neighbor is that taking care of these rights is a perfection of faith and good Islam, and it is one of the reasons for entering Paradise, just as the good relationship between neighbors is pleasing to God Almighty, and the lack of care for these rights is one of the causes of contention.

Neighbors on the Day of Resurrection and one of the most important ways to strengthen the relationship between neighbors is to prevent harm, for harming without a right is forbidden, and harming the neighbor is more forbidden.

Or deed, from kindness to the neighbor is to console him when he is in distress, to congratulate him when he is happy, to visit him when he is sick, to greet him with peace, and to be cheerful when meeting him.
