The Research Title (The Context and it’s effect on understanding Hadith Shareef) ((An Empirical Studty)) The researcher T A ALI ABD QASIM / An instructor in Imam Ja’afar Alsadiq University / College of Arts-Arabic Language Department.

The research summary The research addresses the context and it’s effct on understanding the Hadith texts as scholars pay attention to the context and it’s implications and they applied them in their studies, specially the scholars of Hadith and it’s meaning.

The context is the verbal system of a word, which gives the word a specific indicative position and here is the context’s important types : linguistic context, adverbial (situational) context, cultural context and emotional context.

The context is known for relations which considered as the basis in forming a text, most importantly : causal and lexical relationships, stylistic symmetry and the linear semantic sequence.

The context addresses issues related to correcting and distorting Hadith texts and unveils the function of the letters’ meanings and implications.

The context also played a prominent role in clarifying the legal provisions.
