Abstract EN

Islamic jurisprudence is one of the sciences of great value and of great status, as it deals with the most sacred organizational document for the actions of those charged ( the Holy Qur’an) which represents the constitution of life and the words of God Almighty, which by reciting a person attains the reward, and by contemplating it expanding his perceptions, and by working with it he attains worldly and eschatological happiness.

Its legislative importance is reflected in the external regulation of the taxpayers’ actions.

Which calls for the jurists to explain the complete position of these actions in search, inference, criticism, evaluation and selection, and all that is related to the statement of the Sharia ruling regarding its detailed evidence, and this has been achieved - clearly - within the textual jurisprudential list or what is expressed in the provisions stipulated.

Because these issues are of the utmost importance and thus the frequency of need for them increases in connection with the quality of the practical breadth of the actions of the taxpayers.

This does not mean that there are no systematic methods taken by the jurists to reach a conclusion in the field of contemporary jurisprudence.

Rather, the interest in these issues has recently outstripped the interest in others, thus registering a difference at the level of research, methodology and treatment.

Hence, the cognitive and applied reality calls for clarifying the scientific visions of the nature of the treatment of the jurists in dealing with and clarifying the emerging issues, and showing the paths to reach the legal ruling.

Being a reality and a tangible pressure.
