This autonomy fortifies the client against most of the defenses that can be surprised, and was not a cause or aware of them, as well as no way to learn about them, and therefore, the disruption of the impact of these defenses is what produces independence, that this disruption is not absolute has limitations, The criterion is that the relationship between the parties directly or indirectly, and in spite of the privacy of the independent commercial conduct, it is subject in some aspects to the general rules.
