Abstract EN

This study aimed to defined the level of human resources planning according to the ISO 9000 standard of the Director General of the Directorate of Education in Wasit Governorate from the viewpoint of the preparatory schools.

In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher constructed the Human Resources Planning Scale, which consisted of five main areas and (32) a finalized paragraph.

The final research sample reached (69) managers and directors, and for the purpose of data processing a set of appropriate statistical methods were used: Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test for one sample, Fakronbach equation, the second test for two independent them, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation.

As the researcher found that the Director of the General Directorate of Education in Wasit Governorate has a good level of human resource planning.
