Arabic Abstract
الغرض : يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تأثير الرشاقة العظيمية على جودة الخدمات الصحية الصيدلانية.
و تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية تقييم مدى اعتبار المستجيبين "رشيقين تنظيميا " خلال جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد.
المنهجية : تم إجراء هذا البحث ليكون وصفيا بالإضافة إلى السبب / النتيجة.
استخدمت الباحثة في جمع البيانات استبانة و ذلك من خلال المقابلات و جماً لوجه واستخداما في جمع البيانات من 215 مديرا على مستويات عدة من الخبرة يعملون في المستشفيات الأردنية الخاصة في مدينة عمان.
حللت البيانات التي تم جمعها من خلال برنامج SPSS النسخة 20 بعد المحقق من اكتمالها وملاءمتها.
النتائج : تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى اتفاق المستجيبين على أهمية ممارسات الرشاقة التنظيمية و متغيراتها الفرعية.
بينما احتلت الإستباقية التنظيمية المرتبة الأعلى من حيث الأهمية تليها القدرة على العكيف التنظيمي.
ثم الفهم التنظيمي للقدرات الأساسية.
علاوة على ذلك.
يفق المستجيبون أيضا على أهمية تنفيذ جودة الخدمة الصحية الصيدلانية في مستشفياهم أثناء الجائحة.
بينما احتل البعد الإداري للجودة الصيدلانية المرتبة الأولى من حيث الأهمية.
تليها الجودة الصيدلانية الفنية و التشغيلية.
English Abstract
Purpose: The study aims to examine the impact of organizational agility on pharmaceutical health service quality.
The study underlines the importance of evaluating the extent to which the respondents are considered "agile" during the emergent Corona virus pandemic.
Methodology: This research is conducted to be descriptive as well as cause/effect.
The researcher used a questionnaire and face-to-face interviews to collect data from 215 managers at all different levels that are working in the Jordanian private hospitals in Amman.
Data collected has been coded through SPSS version 20 after it has been checked for completeness and suitability.
Results: The study results indicate that the respondents agree on the importance of organizational agility practices and their sub-variables, whereas organizational proactivity ranked the higher in terms of importance followed by organizational adaptability, then organizational understanding of core capabilities.
Further, the respondents also agree on the importance of implementing pharmaceutical health service quality in their hospitals during the pandemic.
Whereas the dimension of managerial pharmaceutical quality had the highest rank of importance, followed by technical and operational pharmaceutical quality.
