Arabic Abstract

هدف البحث تقييم البيئة التعليمية في مدارس مدينة الموصل، و تقييم مهارات التدريس لمطبقي مادة التربية الرياضية و إيجاد العلاقة بين مهارات التدريس لمطبقي مادة التربية الرياضية و البيئة التعليمية في مدارس مدينة الموصل و استخدم الباحثون المنه الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة و أهداف البحث، و طبقت الدراسة على عدد (٦٥) مدرسا تربية رياضية، و تم إعداد استبيان و بعد استيفاء الشروط العلمية من صدق و ثبات تم تطبيقه، و كانت أهم النتائج إن واقع البيئة التعليمية المادية في مدارس مدينة الموصل لا يستوف شروط الممارسة التدريسية كلها لمادة التربية البدنية و الرياضية.

و إن مستوى جودة مهارات التدريس لمطبقي مادة التربية الرياضية التدريس في مدارس مدينة الموصل متوسطة.

فضلا عن توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البيئة التعليمية و مهارات التدريس لمطبقي مادة التربية الرياضية عل وفق البيئة التعليمية في مدارس مدينة الموصل، و كانت أهم التوصيات هي ضرورة توافر البيئة التعليمية المناسبة بالمدارس للنهوض بالتربية الرياضية، و ضرورة توفير الدعم المادي و المعنوي لمعلمي و مدرسي التربية البدنية لتحفيزهم على أداء واجبهم بأفضل شكل مطلوب.

English Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluate the educational environment in the schools of Mosul and evaluate the teaching skills for the appliances of physical education and find the relationship between the teaching skills for the physical education and the educational environment in the schools of the city of Mosul.

a questionnaire was prepared, and after the scientific conditions were fulfilled from sincerity and stability, it was the most important results.

the reality of the material educational environment in the schools of Mosul does not meet all the conditions of teaching practice of physical and sports education.

the level of quality of teaching skills for the physical education subjects teaching in the schools of Mosul is moderate in addition to there is a positive correlation with statistically significant between the educational environment and teaching skills for the physical education subjects according to the educational environment in the schools of Mosul, and the most important recommendations were the necessity of the appropriate educational environment in schools to advance sports education and the need to provide material and moral support for teachers and teachers of physical education to motivate them i have to perform their duty in a better way.
