Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the contribution of private education graduates to the development of Yemeni society through investigating the opinions of a sample of employers in Aden city.

The research also aims to identify the employers' preferences in employing graduates of private education and public education.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher employed a descriptive analytical method and used a questionnaire.

The researcher reached a number of results most notably are the following: -Employers agree that private education graduate's contribute to the development of Yemeni society ، because they occupy most jobs in society .

-Employers employ graduates from both public and private educations - There are no statistically significant differences in the opinions of the employers regarding employing graduates of private and public education that are attributable to the gender variable or the job variable.
