This study aims to highlight the role of the microcredit as a financing mechanism for women's activity in Algeria and its role in empowering them economically.

It is an operational policy directed mainly to support and finance the poor, the unemployed, and those with weak and unstable incomes without gender discrimination.

One of the most important findings of the study is that Algeria, thanks to its policies and programs for the integration of women and their economic empowerment, especially for its great role in the potential energy that contributes to development well, and through the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit was able to enable a large number of the unemployed, And people with low incomes can enter the world of work, and women were able, thanks to micro-loans, to enter the labor market.
