Human knowledge in general and scientific knowledge in particular has always been considered cumulative knowledge, passed down from generation to generation.

To pour their scientific production into the receptacles of scientific publishing in its various forms.

However, the scientific researcher's achievement of this purpose may often fail, as he faces many difficulties and obstacles, including those related to the researcher himself and the method of designing his research, and others with regard to the standards set by the scientific publishing vessels.

And we will try, through this scientific paper, to list the most important difficulties and obstacles that stand in the way of the researcher's investigation to publish his scientific production, and to try to demonstrate these difficulties.
