The reasons that contributed to the decline in the quality of academic scientific research have been intertwined, among the hypotheses: the low level of culture of meaningful and calm scientific dialogue at the University of Algeria, many scientific studies have demonstrated the importance of this portal and its contribution to the development of scientific research, and in support of these results, we will try through this study to identify the reasons for the lack of scientific contact among researchers, and we have been able to answer the central problem that centered on: To what extent does academic intellectual dialogue contribute to the quality of scientific dissemination? , to reach the general conclusion that: despite the reforms adopted, the scientific product does not live up to the level of global research, and therefore we propose to promote and develop a culture of dialogue thought and work to establish real scientific groups working in the spirit of the team, capable of providing a real addition to sober scientific knowledge.
