our research is based on the question about the most important mechanisms through which community institutions can interfere in developing research and scientific publishing, as well as explaining the importance of this in transforming scientific research into a material return that can be used in the development of community institutions, in addition to identifying the most important challenges that It can stand as an obstacle to achieving communication between scientific research and community institutions.

Accordingly, we concluded that there are many mechanisms through which community institutions can contribute to the development of scientific research, whether in terms of funding, or raising the value of research, as well as providing a platform to facilitate the work of researchers.
