Our research comes to show the most important difficulties that hinder the researcher in publishing his scientific articles, especially those related to the refereed articles that are a condition either for discussing the doctoral thesis or for promotion from one class to another.

Perhaps the most important thing that worries the researcher in this aspect is the long wait for a response to his article with rejection or acceptance, at a time when he was supposed to strive to enrich scientific research more, finding himself hostage to difficulties and problems that can only be overcome by resorting to means and methods that do not serve scientific research but rather destroy it.
