Scientific research in Algeria is a crisis whose problems, have multiplied over all exercises from activities that harass national elites, which aspire to be intellectually and epistemologically effective.

This research paper attempts to shed light on the problems of the researcher's crisis, and it deals with the participation of scientific research in the Algerian development process, So we present a controversy between the level of the Algerian researcher, who was accused by his failure, to keep pace with the rapid technological development, his ideas, and his outdated scientific knowledge, and the content of scientific research awaiting the registration of patents, and other serious, and qualitative research awaiting publication, or published, and inactive in development, and between This and that, researchers continue to have difficulty spreading, and publicizing, its intellectual effort, and the content cannot be sent, or rejected, due to a slight technical defect.
