تعد منصة المجلات العلمية الإلكترونية (ASJP) وسيلة علمية تسهم في إغناء المحتوى الرقمي و ترقية البحث العلمي، و آلية للقضاء على المحسوبية و البيروقراطية العلمية في نشر المقالات العلمية، و بديل عن تعقيدات المجلات التقليدية، إلا أن الباحث الجزائري الراغب في نشر مقاله العلمي بغية مناقشة دكتوراه أو من أجل ترقيته إلى رتبة علمية أعلى، أو من أجل إثراء المجال العلمي، لازال يصطدم ببيروقراطيات علمية كثيرة، نركز في دراستنا على المشكلات و الصعوبات التقنية و المنهجية و الممثلة في اختلاف قوالب النشر من مجلة إلى أخرى، و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود اختلافات تقنية و منهجية كبيرة بين عينة بحثية من عشر مجلات تمثلت في اختلاف عدد الكلمات المفتاحية و اختلاف نوع الخط و حجمه و اختلاف في تباعد الأسطر مما يضطر الباحث إلى تغيير القالب في كل مرة يرسل فيها بحثه من مجلة إلى أخرى.

is a scientific means that contributes to the enrichment of digital content and the promotion of scientific research, and a mechanism to eliminate favoritism and scientific bureaucracy in publishing scientific articles, and an alternative to the complexities of traditional journals.
In order to promote it to a higher scientific rank, or in order to enrich the scientific field, it still collides with many scientific bureaucracies In our study, we focus on the technical and methodological problems and difficulties represented in the different publishing templates from one magazine to another, and this study found that there are significant technical and methodological differences between a research sample of ten journals represented in the different number of
