فاعلية المنصات الرقمية في تنشيط ثقافة النشر العلمي واتساع المقروئية للأبحاث: قراءة مقارنة بين المنصة الوطنية للمجلات ASJP والمنصة الأردنية للمجلات العلمية

Abstract EN

The area of scientific research in Algeria has witnessed a paradigmshiftin terms of publication, duringthe last five years, since the competent ministryissued many decisions encouraging the scientific bodies, including: universities, superior schools, research canters, and research laboratories, to move on from paper to electronic publication, via creating a national platform (ASJP) for the publication of the scientific papers issued by both peer-reviewed and indexed national journals.

These papers promote the journals and keep their publication and readability in line with the international level, via replicating experiences of some Arab universities which embraced such electronic initiatives; such as Jordan University, which is considered as a pilot model in this field, with its journals that have a unique position in international database platforms such as SCOPUS.

Therefore such an intercultural research is considered pivotal in our intervention which seeksto clarifythe different stages through which scientific paper passes, as the researchers want to submit and publish it in these platformswhich arenewly created in the area of scientific research.

The study seeks, also, to highlight the technical differencesamong the afore-mentioned platforms.
