This study aimed to identify the problems and difficulties of the scientific publishing industry in Algeria that the researcher faces when completing his research, to publish it in periodicals and scientific journals via national or international database.

which is represented in the researcher himself and how he accessed information to complete his research, and the ence of compatibility between him and the publishing vessels to evaluate his research, in addition to the administrative problems related to bureaucracy and the deadly red tape of the researcher's effort, and the economic problems that are represented in the weak funding and spending on scientific research, and the high costs of printing and publishing.

This is what makes us look for effective solutions to face these problems and difficulties in order to facilitate, develop and promote the scientific publishing industry in Algeria.
