This gave researchers opportunities to see all the developments of scientific research and benefit from the accumulation of science and renewal, and this knowledge renewal needs objective and ethical mechanisms that contribute to raising scientific production and its quality and recommending its knowledge value through the scientific vessels controlled by specialized research committees concerned with the knowledge and scientific excellence created and influential scientifically and practically in Reality, to be published on platforms that are internationally and internationally recognized for their scientific and research value and quality.
