Abstract EN

This study aims to show the various obstacles and difficulties that prevent the development of the status of scientific publishing at the Algerian University in view of the most important developments at the level of publishing in the universities of developed countries, whether European or even Arab, characterized by its quality and its contribution to solving problems in many fields.

The identification of difficulties based on diagnosing the actual reality of the scientific and practical environment of the Algerian University (professors and doctoral students), which allows us to analyze the current situation of the various causes and obstacles that lead to the deterioration of the quality of scientific publishing in Algeria.

The study concluded with providing a set of realistic solutions that enable in the future to make the scientific publishing process taking the quality and efficiency required.
