Abstract EN

The subject of strategic vigilance is new in our Algerian economic institutions, the mechanism of its application requires the presence of qualified human farme able of working efficiently within this new information system.

Which we aim to clarify by highlighting the role of valuing the intellectual capital of the strategic vigilance cell at Naftal company.

This study falls within the descriptive studies, where we used the survey method and study was conducted on a sample of 360 responsible, and relied on the questionnaire and statistical methods.

Among the most important findings, is that the contribution of vigilance outcomes to the decision-making process at Naftal company helped its officials to activate and rationalize their decisions.
