مقتضيات التحاق الدول العربية بالآليات القانونية الدولية لمنع التعذيب: "الآلية الوطنية للوقاية من التعذيب" و البروتوكول الاختياريد/ عصام بن الشيخ****************************************الدراسة: تعاني الدول العربية من تعقيدات قانونية جمة تسببت في غياب الشفافية في مراقبة أوضاع حقوق الإنسان فيها، و ازدادت هواجس الهيئات الحقوقية المدافعة عن حقوق الإنسان منذ اندلاع ثورات الربيع العربي عام 2011.
فهناك عدد من الدول العربية يقع الآن في براثن الحرب الأهلية، وبقية النماذج تعاني من أوضاع احتجاز سيئة في مراكز الشرطة و السجون، ما يعني أن الدول العربية بعيدة إلى حد كبير عن رهان "الإلغاء القانوني للتعذيب".

There are a number of Arab countries now falling into the clutches of the civil war, and the rest of the models suffer from Bad detention conditions in police stations and prisons, which means that Arab countries are far from the "legal abolition of torture.
