The developments witnessed by the Court since the entry into force of its system have confirmed the superiority of the logic of political considerations over the logic of justice, especially since it is accused of double standards.

It deals with international crimes committed in the world as if she saw none of the crimes except what is happening in Africa.

The Court has so far intervened and delivered judgments in cases involving nine countries, eight of which are in Africa.

In this context, three African countries have withdrawn from this court.

With the Office of the Prosecutor at least ten cases on four continents, including Afghanistan, Chad, Colombia, Georgia, Guinea, Honduras, South Korea the South, Nigeria, the Rohingyas and Palestine, by highlighting these international experiences and the judgments rendered in their regard, the interference of political considerations in the equation of justice and equity can be revealed, and to identify issues that may hinder the prosecution of defendants before the International Criminal Court.
