يتناول هذا البحث الحماية الجنائية الخاصة التي ضمنها المشرع الجزائري للشهود من خلال أسباب الإباحة، وذلك ببيان هذه الأسباب و حالاتها، و إبراز أهم نماذج حماية الشهود من خلال أسباب الإباحة في القانون الجزائري، كما تهدف إلى بيان حقوق الشهود و الضمانات هم لتشجيعهم على الإدلاء بشهاداتهم أمام القضاء، و تندرج هذه الضمانات ضمن الحماية الموضوعية التي يستفيد منها الشاهد تحت سلطة القضاء و بإشراف منه
Abstract EN
: This research deals with the specific criminal protection that the Algerian lawgiver guaranteed to the witnesses through the reasons of permissibility by presenting these reasons, its status and the most important models of witness protection.
This study aims at the witnesses rights and the given guarantees to encourage them to testify in fornt of the judiciary.
These guarantees fall within the subjective protection.
