Despite the advantages of psychological tests in educational research psychological, but the process of use of many problems may be ent from the mind of the specialist.

Therefore, this study aims to identify psychological tests and their importance in psychological and educational research, and identify the problems resulting from the use of psychological tests to alert researchers in psychological and educational studies on how to address them in the theoretical and practical levels.

And the inclusion of some recommendations in order to activate the role of psychological tests to be a powerful tool along with important tools in psychological studies and education.
