However, these revolutions were met with rejection and evasion by the ruling regimes, and the matter reached the point of using military force to deter them, which opened the door to the spread of violence in all its forms, which one of the most important is terrorism.

The Arab countries have become a fertile environment for the spread of several transnational terrorist organizations, such as Iraq, Syria, Libya and Yemen, taking advantage of the fragility of political regimes and their failure to contain their people, which has affected political stability in the region by postponing the democratic transformation project, fueling ethnic and racial conflicts, and consolidating foreign influence and conflict.
