Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role played by responsible communication in the management of green human resources, by embodying the requirements of responsible communication: such as environmental communication and social communication and its contribution to the development and training of human resources and providing them with a set of environmental and social (community) values and knowledge.

Adopted in the institutional culture of the economic flied, and the study ended with the most important results which are: the existence of an interactive responsible communication and its stakes in human resource management.
