تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة تقييم الطلبة لجودة خدمات التعليم العالي هم، حيث تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وتم توزيعه على عينة متكونة من 205 طالبا جامعيا، و من أجل الوصول إلى هذا الهدف استخدمنا أولا التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي من أجل الكشف عن البنية العاملية للمقياس بالاعتماد على برنامج spss v19، ثم استخدمنا النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية من خلال التحليل العاملي التوكيدي بالاعتماد على برنامج Amos v24للتحقق من مدى مطابقة النموذج القياسي للبيانات التي تم جمعها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المقياس يتكون من خمسة أبعاد رئيسية لقياس جودة خدمات التعليم العالي و كانت مؤشرات المطابقة جيدة بالنسبة للنموذج القياسي، كما و أظهرت النتائج أن تقييم الطلبة لجودة الخدمات كان متوسطا
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to try to understand the students' evaluation of the higher education quality services provided to them, whereas the survey tool was used to collect data from a sample of 205 university students.
In order to reach this objective, we first used the Exploratory Factory Analysis to reveal the scale's general structure based on SPSS v19, and then used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Confirmatory Factory Analysis based on AMOS v24 to verify the conformity of the standard model with the collected data.
The study found that the scale included five main dimensions for measuring the higher education quality services, as well as the corresponding indicators were good for the standard model.
In addition, the results indicated that the students' assessment of service quality was medium.
