The aim of the present study is to identify the islamic nature of the micro-financing, and its role to support micro-projects, which usually find difficulty to obtain the financing from the banking system, as well as knowing its role in the development of the real economic sector Through this study, we concluded that the concept of micro-financing is closely related to poor person through the financing of this type of category.

It is also noted that this micro-financing participates strongly in the subvention of the real sector, by the mobilization of the resources and employing them in the economic activities that suit the projects of the poor category person, which aims to achieve real economic development through the creating of more goods and services
