Abstract EN

The study aims to provide a theoretical framework on web information systems and the possibility of disseminating it to all citizens to obtain the services of the Algerian e-government from the point of view of a citizen-government.

To achieve the objectives of the study, we used statistics on the number of subscribers to the fixed telephone network for housing (citizens).

Others on internet use and population growth in Algeria are based on the analytical descriptive approach and Excel 2019.

The results of the standard study aimed at the possibility of circulating Web information systems for the use of all citizens to obtain the services of the Algerian e-government provided that the frequency of dissemination of infrastructures and meta-infrastructures related to the tangible and intangible elements of Web information systems coincides with the training of an electronic citizen.
