Abstract EN

The study aims theoretically, to determine the basis of financial structure and financial ratios related to it, and the most important features that must be available in the optimal financial structure as well as concerning the financial dynamic of the internal growth of the company.

Practically, this study designed to measure the impact of financial structure on the growth rate and activity of the economic company Sonelgaz Guelma for the period (2017-2019), and it showed that there is an impact on the composition of the financial structure of the activity of the company through its share capital and consumption as well as its achieved results, which directly affected the company growth.
