Abstract EN

This study attempts to analyze trade data between Algeria and the African States as part of Algeria's accession to African regional integration and ratify the African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement.

The study found that Algerian trade among African countries was low compared to other regions, In addition, the African Continental Free Trade Area will provide opportunities for members, with intra-African trade expected to increase by 52% while establishing an integrated market for African products and services.

The elimination of tariff and non-tariff barriers under the Free Trade Agreement will provide the African continent with significant opportunities to improve industrial capacities and establish sufficient production institutions to support industrial expansion.
