The Ummah formed the original essence from which Islamic civilization emerged through its stages of evolution until it completed its cycle, followed by decades of the stage of decline, in light of the rapid development of the world, which included all levels and domains, which is an indication of a permanent realistic dynamism within agendas which include Changing policies, according to the demands of the reality and implications of the global system and its interests, and the necessities of creating justifications for the existence and continued hegemony of Western civilization, it was necessary to return to the Ummah and study ways to activate its role in order to achieve the civilizational renewal of a civilization, despite its decline, its ummah still exists according to a value system that attests to its realistic existence, and this can only be achieved by renewing the concept of Ummah from a civilized perspective, and monitoring its status in the international system, as well as the capabilities and means to reactivate its role.
