culture is the inherent element of the human element throughout his life, and it is the expression of the privacy of society, which creates for the individual the appropriate opportunities that enable him to assimilate the characteristics and characteristics associated with the cultural system through the process of socialization.

if we adopt the systematic analysis methodology, we consider society as a general system and consists of a group of sub-forms, which are the institutions in it, which are considered as sub-forms and mini-communities capable of creating their own values, which form the basis for organizational and institutional culture.

it is a place for acquiring institutional culture through the process of secondary socialization in the sense of socialization at the level of these institutions.

this process stems from the postulate that work is a place that allows the individual to socialize and thus acquire a professional identity based on the attitudes and attitudes of the human element towards work and the direction of the institution.
