Abstract EN

In this study, the researcher has gathered a lot of the syntactic prophetic hadith evidences in the ancient linguistic correcting books, and he concluded that those references had depended upon the prophetic tradition in the orientation of some syntactic problems which syntacticians consider rare or irregular as what is seen in the problem of '?an' in the predicate of 'kaada' , the occurrence of the partical ' la`ala' (perhaps), with the past form of verb, making the verb bana means ` build ` transitive by the use of the letter ba, the retention of the letter (meem) of the word 'fam' (means mouth) ` when it is appended , the permissibility of the expression (hu tha gheir) ` this is another ` preceded by the word ha `here` and the process of saying.

Not only this but the prophetic evidence is also the unique evidence that support some problems which we hardly find outside the realm of hadith such as the occurrence of the word 'qatt' (means never) in the affirmative speech, appending of the definite noun with the definite article 'al' (means the)` with the indefinite noun , and the process of making the word 'dhela' (means rib) , masculine.

The total number of such evidences is twenty-five in addition to other twenty-eight evidences which reinforce the former cited twenty-five ones and enhance our deduction depending on them.
