In the context of the electronic revolution and the radical developments that accompany it on the basis of which a legal act is concluded, International and Algerian legislation saw the need to adopt a formal system of electronic signature and certification after having been frozen for years.
This system has provided flexibility to electronic transactions, regardless of the domain of those transactions, while strengthening electronic control to ensure the confidentiality and credibility of the information and data included.
To reflect this control, ad hoc bodies have been created to give authenticity and credibility to electronic signature and certification.

Dans le contexte de la révolution électronique et des développements radicaux qui l'accompagnent sur la base desquels un acte juridique est conclu, La législation internationale et algérienne a vu la nécessité d'adopter un système formel de signature et de certification électroniques après avoir été gelé pendant des années.
Ce système a apporté une souplesse aux des transactions électroniques, quelle que soit le domaine de ces transactions, tout en renforçant le contrôle électronique pour assurer la confidentialité et la crédibilité des informations et des données incluses.
Pour refléter ce contrôle, des organes ad hoc ont été créés pour conférer authenticité et crédibilité à la signature et à la certification électroniques.
