Its legal nature, its composition, as well as its workflow, and it enjoys wide oversight powers in the field of preventing and combating corruption, but due to some organizational and practical obstacles that impeded its path as an effective administrative control body, its oversight role has been reduced to a mere sensitization advisory body, and it calls on the state to reconsider the mechanisms adopted to prevent and combat corruption.
