The development of human activities over time and their arrival in spaces that no one once imagined, thanks to the scientific and technological development that humanity has experienced, especially after the Second World War, the end of which was announced by the creation of the United Nations, in order to play an effective role in stabilizing relations between States and limiting the spread of armed conflicts, which could be caused by the activities of States, like the activities of States in the outer space.

The United Nations has taken the events quite seriously concerning space activities and has taken proactive measures with its powers and organs under the Charter of the United Nations, and has been able to contribute effectively to the elaboration of one of the most important international laws today.

Time due to its specificity, both in terms of the nature of outer space and in terms of the manner of development of the rules of international space law, thanks to the accompaniment of international law jurists.

The technical and legal specificity that characterizes the evolution of international space law has led the United Nations, through the General Assembly, to adapt and take measures to contribute effectively to the creation of mechanisms legal and institutional issues dealing with space activities, which is the objective that this study aims to shed light on.
