Violence against women has constituted the biggest global problem because of its direct connection to the violation of human rights and its repercussions on the security and stability of states.

The relentless endeavor to remove the injustice committed against her and the violence committed against her was an inevitable necessity, after the growing awareness among all and the realization of the effective role of women in development.

Therefore, the legal frameworks that guarantee its protection and promotion must be established, and penalties should be imposed on those who violate their basic rights and freedoms.

Especially the issuance of a special law related to the protection of women by compiling the scattered legal texts here and there and placing them within a unified legislation that constitutes a guarantee for the protection of women.
