The shareholders' assembly is one of the bodies that make up the joint-stock company.

It undertakes oversight and takes crucial decisions related to the company.

However, jurisprudence has been considered as just a formal structure that certifies the decisions taken by the administrative body only.

We have tried, through this study, to highlight the various manifestations of the supremacy of these associations and their control over the joint stock company as an attempt to change the prevailing idea of the majority of jurisprudence
