Because of the aggravation of this crime in many regions of the world and its grave consequences, the international community, after the Second World War, began to move to prohibit the various manifestations of child recruitment, and this was explicitly embodied in many international instruments related to the protection of human rights in peace - time and armed conflicts; The international community has made remarkable progress in combating the crime of child recruitment through the efforts made by the international criminal justice and some international governmental and non-governmental organizations.
