e-administration mechanisms, the structure and functions of selected systems are described.

this study brings its contribution to the understanding of the methods of e-administration., Malaysia is one of those who has early adopted this step, and get the Malaysian more happy and comfortable, but the transition was not as easy.

L'administration E-land a donné un nouvel esprit au secteur public parce que les gens d'aujourd'hui vivent un énorme développement, la personne d'aujourd'hui attend plus de son gouvernement, l'administration sans papier ou E-land est exactement ce que beaucoup de gouvernements dans le monde ont eu lieu, celui-ci gagne plus de temps, moins d'efforts et le luxe, donc le secteur public dans le monde a fait face à deux phases, la traditionnelle était le début, mais la transition pourrait créer des problèmes à étudier, la Malaisie est l'un de ceux qui a adopté cette étape tôt, et rend les Malaisiens plus heureux et plus à l'aise, mais la transition n'a pas été aussi facile comme morceau de gâteau.
