One of the most important rights guaranteed by sharia law and comparative legislation; the right to life of the foetus in the belly of its mother, where the latter is as human as any human being alive, he enjoys many rights, especially his right to life, and his right to inherit abortion is one of the most serious crimes against people.

from this point of view, the researcher's interest in dealing with this topic is an explanation of all matters relating to the crime of abortion in Palestinian law.

we will address the images of abortion in the Palestinian law applicable and in force in the Gaza strip we will also address the new Palestinian penal code.

on abortion images, as stipulated in the Palestinian penal code in the Gaza strip in the following articles: article 175 is the offence of attempting to abort a pregnant woman by act of another, article 176 is the offence of attempting to abort the pregnant woman herself.

article 177 is the offence of providing or preparing drugs or machines to abort the pregnant woman.
